this thanksgiving was super memorable. however it wasnt the "normal" thanksgiving many do. our entire family is spread out; we have family in idaho, texas, and the bay area. so with that being said, we had no idea what to do for thanksgiving. We woke up, ate breakfast, and then fmy mom said, "we'll lets shower and head to reno." yep, we just decided to leave the house like that. We just got ready, packed our stuff, and left. i gotta tell you its so fun to just get up and leave like tht. anyways so reno is about 3 hours away from here but somehow my mom got lost 8 times looking for an in n out to eat at, and then we finally came to the realization that ALL good fast food were closed for the weekend...duh right?! we ended up eating at nasty burger king...yuck! yep and thats what we had for thanksgiving lunch. So we finally arrived later at reno in 15 degree temperature. We got a room at el dorado and finally atae great food. We went to a buffet and omg i ate so much crab legs! who needs turkey when you have a buffet, especially crab legs as your main meal! yummy huh? and tht was the thanksgiving i will always remember; the first thanksgiving on the road.
